I have not actually received any goods from Dezine Bathrooms, I placed an order many weeks ago which was cancelled (with the agreement of Dezine Bathrooms) and am still awaiting a refund of almost £600 which was paid as a deposit. Dezine Bathrooms were unable to deliver the goods in the time agreed which is why they agreed to cancel the order. Many emails and telephone calls later they still have my deposit, even though a refund has been agreed. They have now resorted to outright lies as they told me that a cheque had been sent to my home address, it later turns out that they do not have an address for me! I could go on with more detail regarding promised telephone calls, no response to any emails, the owner, Mr Chana, never being available, etc etc. The bottom line is this: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY. You have been warned.
