Eric Breare Design is a small Architectural Technologist Practice formed in 1980, and based in Silsden, West Yorkshire. We provide residential and commercial design services with a personal, professional and flexible approach. We pride ourselves on being able to provide Quality Designs and a Professional Personal Service at competitive rates. Our ethos is to provide clients with all the information required to obtain Planning and Building Regulations approvals.<br><br> From interpreting your initial ideas into design drawings using CAD software, through sending out to tender, to project managing the construction of the final project. Although undertaking a wide range of projects, including Schools and Nursing Homes, we specialise in Residential Design. Taking on projects from larger residential housing projects and one off House Designs, to the most modest of domestic extensions and loft conversions. We provide the same Professional Service and Quality of Information for these as for larger projects.
