  I found this service to be a total waste of time and money. Kay announced that she could not "find her script" for the hypnotherapy session and stumbled and stammered her way through the hypnotherapy session as though it was her first time. Unsurprisingly, the session was not successful. I contact her again for another "free" session as she had promised only to find that she had a sudden illness that prevented her from doing so. She also announced that the follow up was time restricted, this was not mentioned beforehand though as she quite happily took the money promising every guarantee. I must congratulate Kay at her ingenious way of dodging her promises and providing such poor customer service. I do hope Kay has now gotten over her illness and would advise anyone considering using her services to avoid doing so at all costs.
