Welcome...

Welcome to InaSanctum Designs. We have many years experience designing and building beautifully crafted oak framed outbuildings throughout the UK. Although the size, location, design and use of our buildings can vary enormously - from annexes to barns, pool houses, garages, garden rooms, garden offices, sporting pavilions, guest accommodation, studios and gyms, bespoke oak framed extensions and even full build private houses - every one of them combines our traditional oak frame structure, built to the highest specifications, with modern-day materials. We provide superb quality buildings for surprisingly good value

Services...

A fundamental strength of InaSanctum is the personal attention and quality advice that Simon Cowcher and his team offer. An initial introductory meeting at your home or business will confirm this. Simon and Oli will guide you through the initial process of helping you decide what type of building is right for your needs – balancing your dreams with a functional design solution – we are committed to offering you: * Personal contact and responsibility from the beginning to the end of the project * The best advice, based on years of experience, about size, style, design and the location of your building. * Full responsibility for the planning process. We guarantee that the many obvious pitfalls will be avoided and the process is as quick as possible. * We can also arrange all the necessary foundation ground-works and any other related services. As the frame is pre-assembled, installation of your new building will happen very quickly, skillfully and with minimum disruption. Our clients are always surprised how quickly their building appears - in a matter of days.
