  Over a period of about 2/3 years I have found Daniel Dainty to be very helpful, obliging and friendly. Being a pensioner I tend now and then to have ‘senior moments' Daniel handles these moments very well indeed. Not only does he explain how and why, he also compiles a hard copy of a ‘how to sheet' for me to refer to at a later date, he also leaves a copy on my computer. Daniel visits me at home, and also visits other customers at their place of work. Also, I have been in need of immediate help. On phoning Daniel he has solved my problem using a ‘remote server' – whatever that is – immediately, not visiting my home, very helpful indeed! If a person is in need of training to use a computer, whether they have no experience at all – how do I switch it on – to I am experienced, or if your computer breaks down, or needs upgrading, or programs installed, I would recommend Daniel Dainty.

  Daniel has maintained/serviced / re-installed/formated/sort out many computer issues and taught me a few thing's along the way, in the many years we have used his service. He has had to troubleshoot in many instances, re : my sons laptop and an on going issues I've had with my on laptop re: not excepting my printer and a problem that he as just recently pin-point, re : motherboard. He always goes that extra mile, to sort out your computer issues, thanks Daniel.

  We have had all our computers sorted out by Daniel for many years now and would not let anyone else near them. He is very reliable and his troubleshooting skills are second to none. I have recommended him to others many times and always with glowing reports back.
