About Us

At One Day Spa is located in the beautiful victorian Great Western Arcade, close to Snow Hill Station and the business and retail districts of Birmingham City Centre. It is perfectly positioned for both quick pick-me-up treatments that fit into a lunchbreak or longer and more relaxed visits. Using Elemis and Orly as our main product houses we provide luxurious treatments in an exclusive environment. Our four beautifully designed treatment rooms are located in the mezzanine level of the Arcade allowing you to escape from the noisy streets below into an oasis of peace and calm. Enjoy chilling out to relaxing music in our laid back waiting room before taking your therapeutic treatment. Our staff are friendly and in intimidating and we welcome both women and men.

Our Treatments and Packages

We offer a wide range of treatments including: - manicures and pedicures using Orly polishes - massage including hot stones, lava shells, sports, deep tissue, antenatal and Swedish - Elemis facials - Elemis spa body treatments including scrubs and wraps - Spray tanning - Waxing - Holistic therapies including reiki, reflexology and Indian head massage - Individual spa packages from £65 - Party packages from £30 per person.
