Situated centrally in Stratford-upon-Avons Old Town conservation area, Broadlands is within 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station and is ideally placed for exploring this historic mediaeval market town with its beautiful Elizabethan timber framed buildings, riverside gardens, Shakespeare's birthplace, Shakespeare's Theatres, excellent shopping, restaurants and the enchanting River Avon where you can enjoy a walk or boating on the river. An open-top bus service visiting all of the Shakespeare Properties operates every 20 minutes (30 minutes in Winter) - the bus stops 20 metres from our front door - hop on and off as you like.
