Safety Priorities Limited is a professional health and safety consultancy company based in Surrey, (just outside London) in the South of England. We offer the complete range of H & S services to the Engineering Industries, NHS Trusts, Hospitals, Local Authorities, Dental Practices, (in compliance with Clinical Governance) as well as providing specialist services to the Construction Industry. We cover the spectrum of all heath and safety matters providing services relating to safety audits, risk assessments, COSHH investigations, advice on all aspects manual handling, compliance with the display screen regulations, fire safety, equipment, clothing and signs. Our speciality is accident investigation. We particularly specialise in health and safety for the Dental Profession providing a full and comprehensive Health & Safety Service in compliance with 'Clinical Governance' and Health and Safety legislation.

About Us

Safety Priorities Limited was set up in January 2002 by the company's Managing Director and Principal Consultant Richard Mason. Richard is a member of IOSH and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety, which he gained at the European Institute of Medical Sciences at the "Robens Centre", situated within the Surrey University, Guildford, England. Prior to this Richard was employed within the Metropolitan Police as a uniformed Police Sergeant having being stationed in Central London for most of his 26 year service. A keen investigator of criminal incidents, and an active legal mind, he later combined his skills in addressing and advising industry in the legal standing of health and safety issues within the work place. Safety Priorities Limited is primarily aimed therefore to target all companies, who want to benefit in the adoption of a safety conscious working environment and who actively want to promote safety within their company.

Safety Priorities Limited can respond quickly to workplace accidents, undertaking a comprehensive investigation and managing any claims that may result. Conducting an effective and thorough investigation following a workplace accident is a crucial and critical part of any safety management system. Safety Priorities are able to offer you, an independent and professional assessment investigation to establish exactly WHY and HOW your accident had occurred, and in the provision of what corrective and remedial action is necessary to further eliminate and prevent further accident/incidents occurring. Please note that a COSHH investigation must be undertaken within three months if a chemical incident / accident occurs. All consultants are Home Office trained and able to prepare reports suitable for the defence or prosecution solicitors and attend court and give evidence if required to do so in cases of litigation.
