We take an active stance in reducing our CO2 emissions, and ensuring that our business is as energy efficient as possible. Approximately 90% of our packaging for all of our deliveries is bio-degradable, and our core store utilises solar panels to generate part of the power required. In addition to this we recycle all of our product waste. To further maintain a healthy community and environment we consistently increase our organic selection and source producers within the UK. UK Mainland Delivery Your order will be sent via Royal Mail if they weigh less than 3.5kg or via courier if is weighs over 3.5kg We dispatch orders Mon-Fri. It will take 1-5 working days and deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm. If you require your order to arrive on a specific day we recommend you use our Next Day or Named Day services. Unfortunately it's not possible to specify a specific time for delivery. Please note that all courier deliveries need to be signed for. Whilst we can pass on instructions for the delivery driver to leave it with a neighbour or safely at your property, we cannot accept any responsibility if your package is not found or passed on. Next Day Courier Delivery We offer a next day delivery service via Business Post to UK mainland addresses. This service is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (working days only) - they will be dispatched the same day to be delivered the following day (working days only). Named Day Courier Delivery If you require a package to be delivered on a specific day, we recommend you use this service to ensure the package arrives on the day you wish. Simply specify your delivery date in the delivery instructions box at the checkout. Delivery is only available Mon-Fri between 9.00am-5.00pm.
