my dog stayed here last christmas, the staff were rude and unfriendly. had to travel a long way back on the day we were due to collect and were told if not back by 2pm we couldn't collect til next day. What happens after 2? do all the staff go home? they would not be at all flexable. Do not Know how his stay went as no one could tell me anything about how he behaved. do not use if the staff have not changed since last xmas. horrible conditions and noisy.
