  I dont really want to give any star's here. Had a worst nightmare with them. I was charged for 1 hours labour eventhough they did nothing to fix the problem. The person who came in did not want to fix it at all and acted too busy. The price they quoted for the parts was nothing that I heard about. Finally I bought the parts from B&Q at 1/3 rd the price and fixed it myself. Will never ever do business with them and will never recommend.
