Due to customer feedback we feel that we have achieved a unique approach to our industry. It is very rare that the larger window companies refuse to practise pressure sales techniques. It has always been our policy that Falcon Windows Ltd would never entertain high-pressure sales, this is a situation we can safely say we have achieved. We only quote when we have been asked to and we quickly follow the visit up with a written quotation with a computer aided design (CAD) drawings so the customer knows exactly what they would be having installed before installation. Our unique approach of professional consultation and detailed information has proven to be the approach that our discerning customers prefer. This fact has been reinforced by the thousands of customers that have carried out business with the Falcon Group.

Excellent Customer Service

It has always been our view that the installation is only as good as the team that produces it, from initial sales, surveying and processing to final installation. All installers have been personally selected by the Managing Director of Falcon Windows Ltd. They immediately start an internal training programme that gives them the specialist skills and knowledge required not only to carry out a first class installation but also cover all areas of customer service and satisfaction. Our teams are not employed on a quantity performance basis. We create no incentive for our installers to rush any installations, so quality finishing is always attained. The installation is always finished by a detailed inspection by the senior fitter who will only be satisfied with the highest level of workmanship.

At our intial meeting with customers we are very aware that it is our role to help you finally choose a design that complements the style of your property. We will use all our experience to present different styles that will finally develop the design you will ultimately be happy with. This generally applies to conservatory installations, although some aspects of the window and door areas may need to be addressed. If planning permission is required we carry out the application on your behalf or we can give you the appropriate contact numbers if you wanted to apply yourself. A detailed survey is carried out by having the professionalism to ask the customer further in-depth questions and trying to define the final look our customers require. We like to advise of any new regulations and we will only install to the regulations set out by Fensa (the governing body). Our surveyor is trained to approach this stage in a fashion that will help you consider all the options. Although our customers would not normally see the processing department in operation, you can be assured that Falcon Windows Ltd have developed a highly organised and efficient combination of systems that controls all aspects of your installation, finally developing into a smooth trouble free experience.
