Occasionally pre-owned caravans are available for sale already sited on the Caravan Park, these would have a term of tenure outlined on purchase, new caravans would have a 15 year tenure of siting.
Silver Trees is a member of the British Graded Holiday Parks Scheme, and its quality standards are assessed annually by independent tourist board inspectors. Graded parks provide a quality assurance to holidaymakers, enabling you to book with confidence.
