  You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so very much for taking such expert care to help make our stepdaughter's day so special.   Hi Janet, Just had to drop you a quick line and thank you again for the beautiful floral arrangements you made for our daughter Natalie's wedding last Saturday. As you saw, I was just a little overcome with emotion! Natalie and Martyn absolutely loved the room decor! They knew they were having fish bowls, but that was all, so it was a lovely surprise for them when they saw the candlesticks and table decoration. The wedding went well, and everyone had a lovely day. Once again, thank you. Whenever there is an occasion which calls for high quality flowers, yours will be the number we call.   This is a lovely shop. Really brightens up the high st. The window displays are so attractive with a good selection of flowers. The floral arrangements I have received from here have been truly stunning and always receive compliments from friends. The whole house smelled beautiful from the scent of a recent bouquet of lilies which lasted such a long time. I don't know a lot about flowers but I have always received good, helpful advice from staff. If you want a beautiful bunch of the freshest flowers or an exquisite hand held arrangement, do pay a visit. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

  A BIG thank you to janet & all the staff for helping to make our wedding day really special.Everything was so perfect, from my flowers through to the reception flowers. From our first meeting i was immediatly put at ease, advised on colour schemes & flowers that best suited our personalities & the fun theme we wanted to give to our day. I knew from leaving the shop after that first meeting, i had chosen the right florist for me. Once again a really big thank you.

  Having just read the other review from 'Jane Heath' so much of what she states resonates in my review also. This place must make a pretty penny out of keeping peoples deposits, I too gave a £50 deposit which Janet refused to return, I did not go with her quote as I never even recieved it, she expected me to 'call in for the quote'!? which was never agreed! She said it would be posted, then when I asked where it was onn calling she said she would never have said that she would post a quote!? how bizarrre!! She stated she expects customers to call in for their quotes! I was amazed! How can you run a business that way and be so belligerent about it. Anyway I obviously chose a more adept , professional supplier in the meantime. On calling for my deposit to be returned she refused to do so saying that was hers for ' her time spent with me discussing flowers '! I was flabbergasted..how can you expect to charge people for showing an interest in your service! The Manager Janet is simply unreasonable and I could never recommend this shop, sickens me how customers get treated this way.

  My daughter requested articial roses in a royal blue for her wedding and Janet said that she would order some samples. We did not hear from her, had to chase, made an appointment with her to view, she wasn't there for the meeting and staff couldn't find the flowers. Eventually we asked that she send the flowers (now 3 months since original meeting) they were nothing near the colour we had requested. Telephone call to her resulted in her being very rude, refusing to refund £50 deposit and suggesting that we were lying regarding the colour choice! BEWARE!
