Our Mission

Life Coaching is still a term that is misunderstood by many people. Our mission describes our interpretation of Life Coaching. It is a relationship that is formed between a coach and their client which requires true passion on both parts to help the client find what makes them really happy and how to get there. At C-options we introduce our clients to the passion triangle and how to move from that to the performance pyramid. We use a form of cognitive coaching called EROS which has been designed and refined by Nigel Lewis for over a decade. We help you to view events in your life in a way that is structured and systematic. Together we examine the manner in which you react to life's events and how the outcomes you are achieving measure up to your expectations. We offer you an insight into what options are available by use of skilled emotional management. Our wealth of knowledge, tools and techniques will help you to achieve your goals, improve your life and become the person you were meant to be.
