Avalon Inventories are an independent company with over 20 years experience in the letting market, which includes having run a successful independent letting agency in the South West. We offer a professional, reliable and friendly inventory service to private landlords, letting and estate agents, relocation agents, property management companies, the NHS, universities and other educational establishments, and holiday lets. We take the hassle out of producing an inventory for your property. We are based in the South West of England and have offices in both Devon and Somerset. We cover Somerset, Devon, Bristol, Avon, Dorset, and Cornwall. We can also cover other areas on request. We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance and have attended the AIIC course.
