First Life Training is a Shrewsbury based independent provider of Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved first aid training, Lifeguard and Lifesaving courses. We first opened for business in 2007, and have been serving Shrewsbury, and the rest of the UK, ever since.
The Royal Life Saving Society UK is a registered charity with a vision To safeguard lives in, on and near water.
They are the governing body and leading provider of training and education in lifesaving, lifeguarding, water safety and life support skills in the UK. Their mission is To inform and educate everyone in water safety and resuscitation and to increase progressively the number of people trained in water rescue.

With 152 fatalities at work in 2010, and with over 200,000 reported injuries, we can see the importance of first aid in the workplace. Fortunately these numbers are going down and hopefully will keep going down with the help of qualified first aiders in the workplace;
