At Church Road Garage our philosophy is simple The customer comes first. We are in search of ultimate customer satisfaction and the garage has been registered and audited for a number of years. We have a policy of continuous development and training which includes ensuring all of our drivers attain the advanced standard.

Experience

I have had nearly 40 years experience of the motor trade and since locating to Baschurch in 1986 I have built my team of six, together we have a very wide range of skills. This enables us to utilise the extensive and modern tools at our disposal to service and repair all cars and light commercials including the most modern and sophisticated models. If you are looking for advice, a simple repair or sophisticated diagnostic work you are in the right place!

Services

The range of services we provide is continually expanding with air conditioning joining the Tyre centre and a replacement state of the art MOT bay. The later incorporated the very latest Arex suspension and brake diagnostic tools to ensure the accurate assessment of these components.

  I first used Church Street Garage on the recommendation of a friend and have never regretted it. The team are friendly, professional and have a refreshing "can do" attitude. Over the years I suspect they have saved me hundreds of pounds by identifying potential problems before they can develop into real, expensive ones and, unlike other garages I've dealt with, they always have time to discuss any concerns you may have and give you their honest and informed opinion. Most recently Bill Smith correctly identified over the phone a problem with a newly acquired car that took the local main dealer ten days to find with the car in front of them (under warranty), and that despite the fact that I shared Bill's diagnosis with them when I dropped it off! When my windscreen shattered and a well-known national firm wanted me to keep the car off the road for a week while they sourced a new screen, Bill suggested a local supplier that came and fitted a new windscreen the same day. I could go on... If you've started to think that old-fashioned, "customer-first" garages have been driven out of business by large firms that use unskilled fitters to throw new parts - and your money - at every problem, give Church Road Garage a try! They won't replace what they can safely fix and I trust them to keep my car safe, economical and legal. They're also very good at accommodating me if I'm working unsocial hours.
