Tove is the founder and principal of a need to talk. She is a registered psychotherapist with extensive experience working with people from all walks of life. She grew up and received her basic education in Norway, then spent several years in France before moving to the UK, where she trained at the Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Studies (IPSS).
As a member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP), Tove sees private clients for analytical psychotherapy. In addition, she is involved with a helpline for people in urgent need. She understands the need to talk, and is a great believer in using the phone to offer counselling and therapy. As a life guide she uses techniques learnt from NLP and her own spiritual experiences. Tove deals with relationship problems and helps those dependant on substances or the people in their lives.
