W.R.S Tree & Maintenance Services are a tree surgery company based in Nottingham, ideally located to serve the Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln areas. We provide the highest standards of workmanship and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction with all team members being fully qualified and skilled in all aspects of tree surgery and woodland management.
We commit to recycling 100% of any waste arising from operations undertaken. We only use environmentally friendly products, such as biodegradable oils and low emission tools. As a result of our complete recycling programme, we have a number of products available for sale which are available for delivery throughout Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas including firewood cut and split and woodchip.
Before any work is undertaken, our tree surgeons undertake full risk assessments and all work is carried out in accordance with British standards 3998. We always provide an unbiased and honest opinion and never recommend any unnecessary work. No job is too big or too small and we always leave all sites be it residential or commercial in a clean and tidy condition.

W.R.S Tree & Maintenance Services carry out tree surgery and other associated works throughout many forests and woodlands, and following our care for the environment, we also take responsibility to protect the species which inhabit it. Prior to any tree surgery works being carried out, a full habitat assessment is carried out on every tree, working in accordance to the guidelines set by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
An evaluation is carried out to determine if any disturbance will occur prior to tree works being carried out. All birds, birds’ nests and eggs are protected by law under the Wildlife and Countryside Act, as well as many other animals i.e. bats, badgers.
We have public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000.
