Decent Chaps professional quartet has played for Jimmy Carr, Kate Adie, Richard Baker, Freddie Flintoff, Nick Owen to name but a few and play nationwide at many weddings/civil partnerships, cocktail/dinner/garden parties and civic and corporate functions. The repertoire includes Jazz, Swing, Latin-American, Jump-Jive and Ratpack and is excellent for both background and for dancing later in the evening. The instrumentation comprises clarinet, saxophones, flute, piano, vocals, backing vocals, string bass, guitar and drums.
We are Members of the Musicians' Union with Full Public Liability Insurance. Members of the National Association of Woodwind Instrument Makers and Repairers. All equipment PAT tested
If there is a special piece of music that is not in our repertoire, Alan Walker will arrange it free of charge for 'Decent Chaps' band. We send out a free demo' CD, repertoire and brochure to all enquirers and liaise personally with you up to date of your event. All music played by the band are original arrangements by Alan Walker LGSM.
