Acorn Maltone started off as a family concern in the mid 1980s. Successful trading based on the simple ethos of a good products delivered on time at the right price led to expansion to a custom built factory in 1997 and a further move to our present site in 2002. Supplying self adhesive labels on the rolls is our core business so the chances are whatever your requirements, weve done it before. Whether short or long run, single or multiple colour, we have the press and the price to suit you. An ace up our sleeve is our Lithographic Printing Department. How many label printing applications also require swing tickets, header cards, leaflets or other such packaging or promotional material? We are also BRC/IoP food hygiene certificated for our label and packaging products. The business was bought by its present owner in 2000 and became a limited company. Further expansion was required in 2002 to the present location in Tuxford. Part of the reason for the move in 2002 was to allow for future growth. Since then we have added an 8 colour and a 5 colour press to our plant list. Further investments include non-chemical cleaning equipment for presses and a compactor and recycling area for our waste materials.
