Cat Carrier On route to the cattery please ensure your cat is transported in an escape proof basket.
Vaccinations Upon arrival a recent Vaccination Certificate for Feline Enteritis/Cat Flu must be seen before boarding. Any cat showing any signs of contagious disease will not be permitted. For the benefit of your cat we also ask that flea and worming treatments are also up to date.
Medication We are happy to administer all types of medication free of charge.
Insurance All cats are fully insured up to £350 while boarding with us. Your cat will be taken to your own vet if necessary unless out of hours then the “Emergency Vet” on duty will be used. No previous medical condition will be covered.
Collection & Delivery We are happy to provide a local Collection & Delivery service for £5 one way or £9 for both journeys.
Unsociable Cats We are happy to accommodate cats who are particularly unfriendly and unsociable.
Bedding We provide the entire bedding, fleecy blanket and a few toys, but we do encourage you to bring your cats own bed or blanket or something familiar from home which will help your cat settle in.
Cancellations We do not charge for cancellations as we appreciate most cannot be avoided.
Licence We are fully licenced and meet all Health and Safety regulations.
