As well as manufacture and production, we also maintain a prototype and design facility, geared up to small and large batch work. Once again, we aim to work in partnership with you, discussing your ideas and potential solutions, and providing fast turnaround - in some cases just a few hours! We welcome prototype enquiries as a vitally important area of our business, from our experience this facility can quite often lead to large batch quantities. The latest software and computer controlled machinery ensures the highest levels of accuracy, with tighter tolerances and faster turnaround. Radon systems software - the best you can buy - provides full CAD/CAM capability, with two fully trained operators providing an origination service that offers exceptional benefits in terms of speed and accuracy. Four of the very latest CNC multi-station punching machines from Trumpf & Amada, plus several new computer controlled brake presses, cater for our punching and folding requirements, and they are complemented by the latest welding and finishing machines.

A fast growing client base includes customers throughout the electronics, data and communications, computer, finance and music industries, all requiring precision and fine limit sheet metalwork for a diversity of applications - from radio controlled model cars and disco lighting up to panels and housing for voice and data systems in banks and building societies. In particular, we specialise in providing front panels and control boxes, switch boxes and computer cases, chassis and gear trays, and components for high tech storage systems.
