They have cocked up our order too many times, tonight (Valentine's Night) was the last straw. In the past they have failed to include part of our order or delivered something totally different. Tonight they did that again. I took it back and complained, saying it had ruined our special evening and all they could offer was a £5 refund. I was totally insulted. Won't be using them again.
