    The products are good but the installation of a replacement conservatory was appalling - the contractors (recommended by NRWAS)were totally incompetent and unable to the work satisfactorily. The project manager was ineffectual and the CEO hostile and disinterested. The conservatory is unfit for purpose and a country court judgement has been awarded against them.
