I came to Hong Kong Fusion for my birthday celebrations, I had it recommended to me by a friend. I was so pleased, I love my Dim Sum and was told when I enquired about a table that Sunday, Monday or Tuesday were the best days to come if I wanted the full range of their menu. I was not disappointed! The food was gorgeous, I even got to introduce some friends to Dim Sum. We've been back on different days since and have enjoyed ourselves every time. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who wants to try something new!
