Mother in law booked a day trip with Lowestoft travel to take her granddaughter to cadburys world. Coach never turned up and no number to contact. eventually got hold of someone on the monday but they did not even know that the company did a trip to Cadbury's world and the girl in the office was off for the day. Called again tuesday and spoke to girl who took the booking and she had no idea that there had been any problems and the guy she needed to talk to was away for a few days. overall totally incompitent and amateurish service, will definately not be using them again
