ISO 9002 The company was one of the first in the area to receive ISO 9002 accreditation. In February 1996, directors Ian and Sue Dickinson were presented with the certificate by Mrs Diane Lamplugh OBE, the chairman of the National Charity for Personal Safety. LHR/QDELL were the first combined Courier and Private Hire company in the area to receive this accreditation and one of the first in the United Kingdom. PCO ACCREDITATION We are a fully licenced PCO operator.
