I bought my ticket through an Agent and the Airline pilots went on strike which meant we had to change airlines.The Agent said they would get a refund and he then said they had got the refund three weeks ago. Now ,the Flight Vision got my money back ,but would not put it back on my debit card. They said the machine is broken etc. Today I had to incur a cost to go to Wembley and only to be told that I would not get my full refund,which I refused total,so they gave me my money.The men in the "so called" accounts dept were so unprofessional ,they all spoke the native language to each other including the Agent whom they said is based "IN INDIA" at a call centre.I was kept waiting for 16 minutes while this man was supposedly checking for some information on the computer. After putting up a fight ,I was given the refund and will be going back because I still have two more tickets to be refunded I am not sure how the other airline would split the refunds .Will see,so on Monday,22nd Nov, I am on the case anyway, having seen the people I am dealing with I am so unsettled now.WORST SERVICE EVER I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE.Dodgy is the description!!!!!!!!!!
