Our car park is one of the few airport car parks to be awarded the Park Mark® from the Safer Parking Scheme, which means our site has been vetted by the Police to ensure we have put measures in place to create a safe environment. The scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPOs) and approved by the Home Office. According to the British Parking Association (BPA), which administers the scheme, Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle, and who have done the best they can to reduce crime and the fear of crime on their site.
One of our friendly drivers will collect your car from the designated terminal at the specified meeting time and drive it to our 24 hour secure parking site, which is situated within a 5 mile radius of Heathrow Central. Once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call us on the free phone number provided to you and we will have your car returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T 1, 2 and 3 and within 20 minutes on the arrivals lane for T 4.
Whilst your car is in our care take advantage of our valeting service and have your car fully cleaned inside and out by hand. If you have any other requirements please talk to our staff who will be happy to help you.
