About Harrow

Harrow lies around 10 miles north of central London and is the principal town of the Borough Of Harrow. Sometimes referred to as Harrow On The Hill, it is widely known for the fanous Harrow School which has had a host of famous pupils including Winston Churchill. The town has a good shopping centre that is conveniently located close to Harrow Bus Station and Harrow-on-the-Hill tube station and there are four historic parks and gardens located in the borough. Popular visitor attractions include Harrow Museum And Heritage Centre, Bentley Priory and Harrow Arts Centre which hosts local arts events and performances by visiting theatre companies and orchestras.
