Our Home Information Pack Service
If you are selling your home, it is now a legal requirement to have a partial Home Information Pack (HIP) in place before you can begin to market a property, either privately or with an Estate Agent. We aim to provide the necessary documents within 3 working days. Your completed Home Information Pack wil be delivered electronically to you within 10 days. On occasion, some Leasehold and Epitome of Title documents may take a while to obtain, we will let you know of any delays.
By arranging your own Independent Home Information Pack with us, you will save money and have flexibility and total control over how you sell your home. Your HIP will be compiled in accordance with Government Legisation.
No Sale - No Fee Home Information Packs
If you choose the No Sale No Fee option when ordering the Home Information Pack the only initial cost will be £30. If the property sells within 9 months the HIP is payable on completion, but if it remains on the market for longer than nine months then any costs incurred for the HIP can be claimed back.
Not all HIP Providers are the same. Unlike some HIP Providers who operate by using 'panels' of random Domestic Energy Assessors, we undertake the surveys ourselves, and use the services of PALI Ltd a long established search agent to compile the searches for our HIPs.
