We pride ourselves in producing high quality celebration cakes for all occasions. All our cakes are baked from scratch using fresh, good quality ingredients, not a pre packed powder mix like some cake makers use. They are made to order, as close as possible to your required date, for complete freshness. We also fill them with real buttercream, not an artificial filling cream, for a truly delicious overall taste. All occasions are catered for including Weddings,Anniversaries, Christenings, Communions and of course Birthdays.
We have a good selection of cake designs on our website for you to choose from for all occasions. We do, however, encourage our clients to come up with their own ideas to make their cake more unique and personal to them. All our novelty figures and flowers are made by ourselves, from sugar, on the premises for a luxurious look. We make personalised figures as well for cakes whose celebration it is, be it Birthday, Christening or even Wedding. We ask for as much notice as possible when ordering, usually two weeks, to avoid disappointment.
As all our cakes are baked on the premises you can often smell the aroma when you visit our shop in Aintree. Our flavours include vanilla, lemon and chocolate sponges, a luxury carrot and a rich fruit cake. Our fruit cakes are also made to order, so these require at least two months notice in order for them to mature for true flavour. We fill our cakes with either vanilla buttercream, rich chocolate ganache buttercream, lemon curd or a tangy seedless raspberry jam. Classic flavours for classic cakes.
