During 14 months after my central heating system was installed, I had to complain to the company 10 times due to the central heating going off for no reason. On 9 occasions an engineer from the company or Worcester bosh, came to repair the system, but it still remains faulty. I am not waiting over Christmas for the boiler and control to be replaced.The staff of the company are both insulting and abusive. I quote a member of staff said he was at the end of his tether with us. Surely this should be the opposite way round.
