Architect services no matter what the project size or budget
Architect Your Home is all about a unique method of delivering architects' services to homeowners in an accessible, easy-to-use, customer friendly format. Rather than appointing an architect to run the whole project on your behalf, Architect Your Home offers you a choice. With Architect Your Home you can use the skills and services of your architect as much or as little as you want.
To get your project off the ground you will need an initial visit; thereafter Architect Your Home will propose your next steps via a menu of services. The service has been designed so that you can select those services that suit your budget and your project. You may choose to use your architect across every aspect of the project or just simply for ideas and advice. Importantly, you always stay in control.
Local, professional service
All of our architects are RIBA registered architects and work within their own local area so you can be assured that you are receiving professional, local advice that is backed-up by the support of a national company. Your architect will be able to advise you on local planning issues, building regulations and importantly, design considerations. The customer service team will also be on hand to help you out with any queries should you choose.
Getting started
The Architect Your Home process starts with an initial visit. This will last either four or seven hours depending on the size of your project. After the opening discussion to establish your requirements, your architect will produce sketched design options, working with you around your kitchen table. This collaborative process aims to give you an agreed proposal by the end of the visit. These drawings can form the basis of early discussions with planners, neighbours and even builders. After the initial visit you will be sent a list of optional further services that you can select from if you choose.
