Buying and selling static caravans for over 20 years we have been described as giving a friendly service from a family business. Our expert sales team will go out of their way to find the best brand new or second hand caravans for your needs. We offer a very large range of static caravans for siting on private parks in the Skegness, Ingoldmells and Chapel St. Leonards area of Lincolnshire in the UK.

Skegness Caravan Sales is a company that was built on the superior service of our customers as is seen by our expert after sales support of all of our customers. In the past years it has become apparent why satisfaction with the other companies is so low and we have strived to over come this by providing a better service before, during and after the sale has happened. Every caravan sold by us to go on a site is subject to a professional quality valet to ensure that the caravan is in its best state when you want to use it.
Corgi tests are compulsory for all static caravans that are being used for any type of accomodation and we absorb that cost for you and arrange for it all to be done before the keys are handed over. Electric tests are performed to ensure a safe working state of the electrics. Transportation to a site and siting is also included in the sale price when it is to be sited, we will even throw in a free 47Kg gas bottle for when you first move in. The price you see is the price you pay if your caravan is to be sited on one of our great caravan sites
The prices on our site represent the price for the caravan and all fees incurred in getting the caravan to one of our listed sites. In that cost you will get the caravan transported to and sited on the site of your choosing. It will receive a full gas test to official corgi standards and a new 5 channel aerial fitted. We always make sure the outside is fully washed and the inside given a cushion and carpet valet. Unfortunately we cannot account for the cost of ground rent as it is different to each site. If you wish to view any of these caravans please ring one of our main offices to arrange a time that is suitable to both yourself and the sales staff as some caravans may not be on our property, occasionally we need to give notice to give a viewing of certain caravans.
These static caravans are listed as off-site as the sites we generally deal with wouldnt accept them on the basis of their age. These statics are ideally more suited for use as offices, spare bedrooms or as temporary accomodation whilst a house is being built or renovated.
