  AWFUL! I had an appointment with a Leanne last Saturday for a cut and blow dry and found that she was very rude by being more interested in looking over at her ringing phone then paying attention to cutting my hair. She really hurt my head by yanking the comb threw without giving thought to how much hurt she was causing me which even resulted in my earing being pulled out via the comb she was using without an apology, she nearly burnt my head at the front of my scalp by leaving the hairdryer on the same spot of my head for too long. When she finished she tried getting rid of me as fast as she could so she could go answer her phone. £32 it cost me to go threw all that pain and when i got home i even had to tidy my hair up at home with some scissors as one side was shorter then the other. I will never ever go back there again and i will advise all my friends not to either. This was my first time there and it was suppose to be a treat from my usual cheaper reliable hairdressers and i still can not believe how badly i was treated.I am a quite polite person and i chose not to say anything as i did not want a scene as there was a lot of people around but i advise anyone planning on going there DONT or at least if you do, dont make an appointment with a LEANNE!!!!
