Sarah devises Weight Loss Programmes that can be worked through in your own home or working with Sarah on a One to One basis. Sarah is Lancaster based but covers the surrounding areas, including Morecambe, Heysham and Preston.

If you want to lose weight then Sarah can help. All programmes will be devised for you and your unique circumstances. Programmes start from £20 up to £90 depending on the amount of weight you want to lose and the time and energy you have to spare!!
Programmes including videos can be sent to you at home or you could choose the Programme and 1 or more Personal sessions with Sarah. Your choice!!
Sessions of Personal Training can be at your home, work, outside or with Sarah in the Gym.
You will have Sarah's 100% attention and expertise working for you and only you!!
These are Military style fitness training sessions which last for 1 hour.
They will include warm-ups, relays, pairs and team events, lifting, bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, ropes, power bags, speed and agility ladders, hurdles and kettlebells, crawling (getting dirty), jumping, sprinting, stretching and cool downs. Just to name a few!!
They will be hard work but you will benefit from total body workouts that will burn loads of calories.
The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and exercises will be tailored to your own ability.
These will be starting soon. The venue will be outside and sessions won't be cancelled due to bad weather. Come snow, wind, rain or shine the Bootcamps/Circuits still take place.
As an experienced Personal Trainer Sarah is fully aware that at times it is difficult for you to get to the gym, take part in that circuit training class or just get out in the fresh air and have some "me time".
If this is the case all is not lost!
Sarah can devise any training programme specifically for you. It may be to address your desired weight loss; lose those inches for the new dress you have promised yourself; gain specific fitness for the sport you love; or that Charity challenge you have set yourself.
The training programme will be designed to ensure you lose that weight, lose those inches (or gain them?) or simply enable you to excel at your chosen sport. It will be designed for you, taking into account all of your needs and desires.
If you have not had any One to One personal training with Sarah or attended any of the fitness classes Sarah offers you will need to complete a health screening questionnaire. This is an easy form to complete and will be sent to you by email. Simply fill out the contact details on the Contact Me page.
As well as your health questionnaire, Sarah will also need to know what facilities and equipment you will be using i.e. have you got a Swiss Ball, Dyna bands, Bicycle. Does your house have stairs, do you have any weights, is your garden exercise friendly etc.
What is your exercise history, are there any exercises you just don't like!!
Once you have discussed all of the above issues it will be possible for Sarah to devise a programme especially for you. This will usually be for a minimum of 3 weeks, at which point Sarah will arrange for a re-assessment.
