fitted a new lock to my front door and supplied 2 keys. When i tried to get spare key cut, i was told the lock was industrial and the keys were only available to the owner of the lock. I apparently wasn't the owner, Dpe were. They constantly denied this, but locksmiths persistently told mre they had access to keys and i didnt. Eventually the lock failed and they refused to attend, and i had to pay £200 to get it replaced. I couldnt go to bed on the night of failure as i couldnt lock the door.
