  I reviewed below when the work was done as they seemed to be great , giving them a 5 star review until recently as the roof is leaking more than before. I got the work assessed with photos taken. The work that was quoted for and that I paid for has not been done. After trying to contact them by phone, email and letter with absolutely no response I tried the organisations that they are accredited to. They are fraudulently using one of the logos (Trademark) and even after protracted conversations with the CORC it appears that it is toothless in dealing with this kind of fraud. I was completely shocked and disappointed by this fraudulent approach to doing business, well to be more precise taking peoples money. The only other explanation is that they are completely incompetent. Either way not a company to be trusted.

  we never received promised Home Pro guarantee, after numerous promises now will not reply to emails / answerphone messages and text messages and has blocked us from their facebook business page when we tried to get in touch that way. put the chimney back on the roof in the wrong place meaning the boiler flue will not align, which now means wwe have to pay someone else to fix the boiler which they have left in a dangerous state. they are ever so keen to keep up the contact but once they have been paid they have no interest in you as the customer. stay well clear and use your money for someone you can trust to do the job properly and offer good after sales service, to have spent £4500 and then to be snubbed when merely asking for the guarantees that were promised, and to be cut off when we need a problem sorting just smacks of money grabbing and deciept.

  Hi I would like to notify you about a company called (approved roofing and building in Accrington ). I have dealt with them in march/April this year regarding the leak from my roof. They came and fix the problem but few months back again I had a leak from the same place. I have notified and asked them to come and amend the problem. According to Owner (Ste-07760 295108), there was nothing wrong with the rendering his guys had done though later his work was inspected by an independent builder and also from an officer from home improvement department at Blackburn and Darwen Council. They both highlighted that the led is not there as he promised and rendering is not up to the mark.

  The lads are indeed Knights in Shing Armour - with a white charger(van). When my roof started leaking - Ste and his lads came to my rescue within a day or so. They are willing to work from dawn to dusk to get a roof water-tight and are happy with their banter at work. Their workmanship is second to none and I am very happy to have this firm on fast dial. I have used this firm to re-roof, to repoint and to sort out dormer flat roofs. I am happy to recommend this firm to my family and friends.

  Thanks a million for quality workmanship and friendly service :) hassel free ..... due to storm damage these guys worked hard in the conditions to correct the damage, worked with the insurance company.... and went out of his way to inform me what was going on.I have highly recommened them to others in the preston area ,,,, thanks again xx
