I placed a laptop in for a keyboard replacement after a drink spillage. 3 or 4 days later I received a call trekking me the model would need to come from abroad and this may cost more, was it okay to go ahead? I said yes and was told it could take up to 3 weeks. Fast forward 3 weeks, I call to see how it's going... The keyboard has not even been ordered. They say they needed to ask if it was okay to come from abroad but they couldn't get hold of me. I told them we had that conversation 3 weeks ago. Evidently the man I initially spoke to did not communicate this fact, much to my detriment. Eventually though, the job was done. I arrived home to find the E key still wasn't working. Back in to disk world. I tell them I need that laptop fixed quickly, it's already been a month. Knowing what they're like, I call the next day to ask if they've ordered a replacement. I'm told they have, it should be about a week. A week and a half later I call to ask if it's arrived yet. I'm told they're still trying to source a replacement keyboard to order. It is now nearing 2 months since I initially have in my laptop and it has yet to be fixed. A group of monkeys would run a better shop. Avoid this place like the plague.
