  This is going to be very dull as I cannot honestly think of any reason to give McQueen's less than a 10 on all fronts. The recent refurb has really smartened the place up - about the only area of potential improvement previously. All the staff from whom I have had treatments over the years in the salon's various identities have been fantastic. I would certainly - and do - recommend you. I'd be interested in any additional non-surgical facelift treatments you could provide as all is starting to go South a bit!

  "I would say that all aspects of your service as listed are excellent. Everyone is always friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have most dealings with Sharon, Liz and Sarah and feel thoroughly pampered whenever I visit - super music too ! "

  Just to let you know that I give a 9 out of 10 for my recent visit to your hair salon. Would have been 10 out of 10 but my hair is not quite as straight as I had hoped (washed it today for the first time), despite everyones best efforts but at least it's better than it was. (I know it's very stuborn!!) Still it has not put me off coming back to you in the future. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, I felt very spoilt. Thanks to all of you.
