BRICK HOLIDAY CHALETS
Most consist of 2 or 3 Bedrooms, with double beds, single or bunk beds, fitted bathroom or shower / wc - lounge - fitted kitchen - fridge / freezer - electric gas cooker / oven - microwave - colour tv - All accommodation are fully furnished and crockery / cutlery, pots & pans etc. are provided.

BY CASH : You can make Cash payments by registered post or personally, by visiting our associated key offices at 26-28 Leysdown Road, Leydown On Sea, Isle of Sheppey, Kent. ME12 4RE.
PAYMENT BOOKING CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT : A minimum deposit of £40.00 per week per letting is required to secure your holiday booking.
GAS & ELECTRIC : Most accommodation have either or both, for this we charge an initial £10.00 in advance, per week, per let. and some have £1 coin slot meters.
BALANCE
Must be paid in full 28 days prior to commencement of your holiday. All payments will be receipted separately and required upon your arrival.
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
We require that this be given in writing 28 days prior to the intended start date of your holiday booking.
Optional Extra
Bed Linen Hire : There is an additional charge of £10 per bed per let to provide this optional linen hire service. ( sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases )
Please Note : We do not provide towels, travel cots or high chairs.
Alternatively : Visitors are requested to provide and bring their-own bed linen with them on the day of arrival, ie. sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases.
