Distribution Service Providers in Romney Marsh
I purchased a triple bunk bed by telephone on Monday 16 February 2016, customer service was very helpful. I paid for express next day delivery, but they explained that as it was after midday delivery would be Thursday and I was happy with that. It was after this that I read the reviews and my heart sank. BUT, brilliant, I received an email informing me that my purchase had left the depot, gave me a tracking number and the name of the delivery company. On the Thursday morning I received an email from Jadebay and a one from the delivery company stating delivery would be between 1.15pm and 4.15pm. Purchase delivered at 2.30pm. Instructions were very clear, every piece was numbered and construction, although tedious, was completed very well. I'm so sorry for the customers who have obviously had a bad experience, but for us we couldn't fault the service we received and would happily recommend Jadebay to others. Hope our triple bunk bed doesn't collapse after this praise!!!!!! Many thanks.

Terrible! Do not order sent 2 beds tried to return one (honest customer that I am!) they refused to give me the discount they promised unless they got the bed they sent incorrectly... They booked a collection then expect me to be home all day for them to collect. To add insult to injury they then sent me an incorrect invoice for the first bed which was a lot less. When I queried this they see it was a glitch on their system....poor experience all round!

Multiple orders and not one of them right. First order damaged, didn't include tool to put it together as promised. Second order took a week (not good enough given that I used their 48 hour delivery option!) and the third order was a different colour to the others I ordered so didn't match, so I returned it. Jadebay supplied the return courier and then gave me a duff tracking number. Had to make multiple phone calls and raise an eBay dispute and they still didn't respond until 14 days later!

I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company I brought a bed which they failed to dispatch the mattress 2 weeks later after being told everyday I would receive it !! Also two parts was broken sent back through Royal Mail then told they haven't receive my parcel wat a surprise !!! They saying won't refund me till they receive the goods which there is not doubt they already have ! Still waiting and arguing !!

Ordered bed on Wednesday for named day delivery Friday paid extra £10 not only the bed was not delivered on Friday, you failed to despatch half of the order and I am still wating for my money to be refunded. Very disappointed will never order anything from this company, poor customer service, not much apology, I have been told "well 99 percent the order arrives the next day". Unfortunately this is not good enough complete lack of communication in any shape or form.

Clearly ordered the correct bed on ebay and the wrong one turned up - contacted customer service and they tell me its my fault for ordering the wrong bed! I tell them it is still in my purchase history as the correct order but no one seems to care and still waiting for this to be resolved!!

I have now been waiting 11 days for a next day delivery. Customer service appears to be VERY low down their list of priorities. My advice is to stay well clear of this company. Trying to get any of their staff to take your call seriously let alone get back to you is near on impossible.

I`ve bought a bed on sunday and I`ve paid extra 10 pounds for next day delivery and it never come. Today it`s Saturday. They told me that it has been delivered to the neighbours next door. I`ve tried 8 neighbours and no one has it.Also no one left a card or paper indoors to let me know where they left the bed. They keep saying that they not gonna send me a new one and they not gonna give me money back, go and look for your bed. I`ve checked 8 neibours already. What they want me to do? to check all london? They probably left in diferent road or never sent it and keeping my money. They might doing like selling five beds and sending just one. All week i was phoning them and they kept saying we will call you back in few hours and they never did. I`ve had the worst service experiens in my life. I want to stay as far as I can from companies like this.

i purchased model 30024-G AND HAD IT INSTALLED RECENTLY .I was delighted with it but when the rain came there are leaks at the 4 corners and it is difficult to see where the water is coming in.Again in the guttering at the top is there any attachment that can be attached so as to allow for downpipes at the 4 corners.Everyone who has seen my greenhouse thinks it is excellent. This is a nightmare to put together the details on how to erect it are to say the least next to useless, some of the items do not have any numbers on them to identfy them so its guess work all the way...and the word.. flimsy springs to mind.. I would never buy another or rcomend anyone else to do so.. So buyer beware
