Kingfisher Access

Kingfisher Access is a well established provider of Work At Height Training. We are members of IPAF (International Powered Access Federation), PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association) and the ladder Association formerly the (British Ladder Manufacturers Association), and can therefore offer courses leading to nationally recognised qualifications. Because of our reputation for quality training, many of our new customers are referrals. Group exercises are included which step you through the Hierarchy of Measures to help develop the practical skills necessary to carry out a Work at Height Risk Assessment, and assess Safe Places of Work. A hands-on demonstration of some of the most popular items of work equipment is also included (hydraulic work platforms, mobile access towers, podiums, ladders and steps, and harnesses/Lanyards) to help you in selecting the most appropriate and cost effective Work Equipment.

Our instructors have a wealth of technical knowledge and practical experience and can train your staff to get the best out your equipment efficiently and safely. All of our training courses are designed to help your business meet the demands of the ever increasing amounts of UK safety legislation and to increase your employees' competence, confidence, safety and productivity

Operator Safety Kits.

Our IPAF Operator and Harness courses now include a MEWP Operator's Safety Kit for each candidate, ensuring that they are properly equipped to complete their training, and have the correct PPE to keep them safe when they return to work with their new skills. A similar Tower User's Safety kit is also now included with our PASMA Standard courses. Candidates attending a Kingfisher IPAF Operator Course will receive a training voucher, valued at £35 which they can use against the cost of a Kingfisher IPAF Harness Course. Similarly, candidates attending a Kingfisher IPAF Harness Course will receive a training voucher, valued at £35 which they can can use against the cost of a Kingfisher IPAF Operator Course. As always, these courses are available as regularly scheduled Open Courses through our training centres making it easy to plan and book your training.
