We can provide a full design and installation service. We have some excellent engineers and programmers who help us to provide you with a solution that will meet your requirements. We are happy conversing with architects, engineers and other contractors to ensure that the audio visual element dovetails with the rest of the works in a new build or refurbishment project. If you need a new system putting into an existing space we can do that too. We have worked with a number of contractors who we trust to sort out lighting, electrical works, joinery and other building aspects that may need to be addressed.
Consultancy and System Design Using our experience in audio visual system design we can help you to get the presentation facility that meets your requirements both now and in the future. Our knowledge of technology can also help to make sure that your solution comes at the right price. We feel that some sales people get carried away with the latest technology and do not really understand the basics of audio visual design. By having us on your team from the start you can be sure of asking the right questions and getting what you really need. Project Management We can follow up our consultancy and system design by supervising the installation as part of your project team. Having worked in this industry for over twenty years we know what problems can occur and what solutions there may be. The audio visual element is by necessity one of the last to be completed, typically the bulk of the equipment will not come to site until the area is clean and secure. Keeping a close eye on off-site works and on site cabling and terminations can make the final phase of your installation much quicker. Maintenance Keeping your system up and running varies in importance depending on who you are and what you do. We can offer a range of maintenance options to suit most requirements. A typical arrangement would be a number of scheduled visits to clean and check your system and an agreed call out response time for equipment failures. Our aim is to get you up and running as soon as possible and to keep you going until your equipment is repaired and re-installed. General AV Services Whilst we enjoy working on the big budget projects we also have customers with less complex requirements. If you need a small problem sorting out we can help. We can come in to wire up your plasma and DVD, sort out your public address system, change the lamp in your projector etc. We are always keen to help. Wiring Services We have some highly skilled wiremen who have worked in professional recording studios and video duplication and standards conversion facilities. We have recently completed a total rewire for a facility in Soho that involved thousands of connections and many kilometres of video and audio cabling. We can wire complete AV racks and professional patch panels for audio and video applications.
