ABOUT US!

Able Computer Solutions is owned and run by Roger Fielder. Roger is a fully qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional and has Computer and Networking qualifications from CompTIA. Prior to becoming a computer engineer, Roger was for many years a Further Education lecturer at Thanet College in Broadstairs. He has, therefore, extensive experience in teaching students of all ages from 16 upwards.

CHARGES IN THANET

In general computer troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades can be carried out at your own home or office. For such work Able Computer Solutions charges: First hour £35 Each successive half hour or part half hour £15 Minimum charge £35

CHARGES CT 1 - 6 and CT13 - 17

First hour £40 Each successive half hour or part half hour £15 Minimum charge £40 The cost of any hardware or software supplied in repairs and upgrades will be charged at the supplier's price. Sometimes it will be necessary to take the computer away for repair eg if the operating system has failed, data needs backing up and everything needs reinstalling. If that is the case, you will be given an estimate of the costs.
