Took my 7 year old son into Buzz, Mon, 23rd Jan. Was practically pushed back out onto street by a "hairdresser" taking the rubbish out. Thought not great start but salon seemed busy and other staff acknowledged us in a friendly manor. Was told to take a seat but then, to my dismay, the same stroppy bint called us over to a chair. She seemed annoyed the chair too big for my son and that she had to go and get a kiddy seat from the back of shop. She screwed his gown up in a ball and threw it onto his seat before she stomped off to go get!!! My son then had no back rest to lean on and, understandably, was worried about falling. Off she stomped again and came back with head rest. My son was then gowned up. At this point she asked me what I wanted doing? My son's hair is quite clearly cut with scissors. She obviously didn't want to cut it like that and told me that I wanted it shaving!!! I explained again and she said she understood. She then started combing my son's gelled hair, pulling it so hard she made him cry. I asked for the comb, before there was no hair left to cut, and she reluctantly gave it to me. By this time my son was in such a state she suggested we leave and come back when his hair hadn't been styled!!! I most certainly WILL NOT be back and discouraging other school mum's to visit.
