I phoned for a taxi at one oclock and they said they would be around 10 to 15 minutes, i never got in to the taxi until at least 20 to 2. Once getting in the taxi, i was dissapointed as it smelt of stale fast food. I asked him to open the window and he said "no im cold". As a paying customer i expect to get what i want. I am generally very unhappy with the service i received and i wont be calling them again. ever. never. ever. one word .. bellends.
